The specially formulated Renshaw Extra is now available in a white marshmallow version. This fondant is extra firm, extra elastic and has a delicious marshmallow flavour. This makes it great for hotter and more humid climates! Please note, this fondant has a firmer texture than standard Renshaw fondant. Due to its smooth finish it ideal for covering cakes, but can also be used for make beautiful decorations.
