The highlighter range provides the finest quality finish and is essential for getting that realistic metallic look to your cakes and decorations. Try using it on edible jewellery decorations, clasps, buckles, swags, drops, embellishments and novelty cakes where you really need to get an authentic finish.
Unlike other dusts it is insoluble in water and gives a very opaque finish, making it great for covering both edible and non-edible decorations.
The Highlighter Dust range is fully edible and can be used to get a brilliant finish on a huge range of decorating mediums including: sugarpaste, fondant, florist paste, modelling paste and marzipan as well as some non-edible mediums such as salt clay.
The Highlighter Dusts can be dry brushed directly on to your decorations or mixed with a high strength alcohol or lemon juice to form a paint that you can then brush on to your decorations.
